1. Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service - exposing your home to over 3000 agents.

2. I will discuss with you all of our marketing options, so we can decide together how your home will be marketed. Guarantee Real Estate has a marketing plan that is second to none!

3. Provide a current market analysis so we can price your home to open the market vs. close the market.

4. Promote your home at the weekly sales meeting, so as many agents as possible will preview it - the more agents that see your home the better.

5. Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.

6. Fax a features sheet to the top 20 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.

7. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.

8. Prospect every week looking for potential buyers for your home.

9. Provide additional exposure through signage and lockbox.

10. Communicate with you weekly about the status of your home and any changes in the market place.

11. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing available to buyers.

12. Follow up with the agents who have shown your home, for their feedback and response.

13. Handle all follow up on contracts, title and other closing procedures.

14. Deliver to you a check upon the close of escrow.
